Who we are
Oceanova is a yacht charter booking and contact site operated by Ann Dominique Quilang, an independent yacht charter agent (“we”, “us”), who is the data controller for personal information collected through it. For any privacy request, contact us through the contact page.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, and inquiry or booking details when you contact an operator or list a yacht. We also collect limited technical data (device, browser, and usage analytics) to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use your information to connect you with verified operators, respond to inquiries, send service notifications, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing with operators
When you submit an inquiry, the relevant details are shared with the listing operator so they can respond to your request directly. Operators act as independent controllers and are responsible for their own handling of your information.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run the platform: Vercel (hosting, analytics, and file storage), our database provider, and our email provider for transactional messages. They process data only on our instructions and under their own security obligations.
International transfers
Our infrastructure and service providers may store or process data on servers located outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data remains protected in line with applicable law.
Cookies and analytics

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
